The Dow Bridge Brewery was established in 2001
and is owned and run by Head Brewer, Russell Webb. The Brewery is
situated in the Leicestershire village of Catthorpe, a short
distance from the Roman road known as Watling Street (A5). The
brewery takes it's name from the local bridge on the A5 that
spans the Avon and is one of the three river crossings that gave
the name to the nearby Roman settlement of Tripontium. |

Housed in a former coach
house to the rear of a row of Victorian cottages in the small
Leicestershire village of Catthorpe. The demand for our quality
REAL ales is such that we are looking to re-locate to a larger
site to enable us to increase production and meet demand. |
